Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 9:53 p.m. All members of Council were present.
All members of staff were present.

Without discussion, this item was forwarded to the 1/10/08 Regular Session agenda.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 9:54 p.m.
