MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
DECEMBER 9, 2004

Mayor Noel called the Public Hearing to order at 7:19 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill 1160, a
proposed ordinance rezoning a parcel of land located at 9225 Alternate Al A, consisting of 0.92
acres of land, more or less, within the Village; from Palm Beach County zoning district CE/SUP
to Village C-2 Commercial District.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
