THE "DUCHESS"

The woman shown below is the suspect who makes continuous calls
to numerous towns & cities claiming to be a "royal duchess". She relates that
she is owed money by the U.S. Goverment, Leon Panetta , & that her daughter
& her want nothing to do with the United States except to leave it. She
will go on & on about her royal life ,her father, & how we commoners should
not even be allowed to speak to her.
She is a transient whos daughter lives in NPB & wants nothing to
do with her. She rides a black mens bike & has been observed from Dixie &
Belvedere Rd. , right up to US#1 & PGA Blvd. She dresses in long ankle type
skirts, her hair is black with some spots of gray. The bike is in good condition
& has a basket on it.
This agency has an ongoing investigation regarding harassing
phone calls. The case remains open with the idea of our units making a stop &
then transporting for some type of mental help.
