Eissey, Mayor William Manuel, Vice Mayor David B. Norris, President Pro Tem Darryl Aubrey, Councilman T.R. Hemacki, P.E., Councilman Melissa Teal, CMC, Village Clerk Jimmy Knight, Public Safety Director Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of Council were present. All members of staff were present, except the Village Attorney. PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL SESSION The purpose of the Special Session was to interview applicants and make appointments to various Village Boards. The following persons were present for interviews by the Village Council: Susan Stokes Bruce Crawford James Dooms Douglas Kennedy Rodman Smith Donald Chalaire Keith Davis John Forgatch Ronald Goodstein Edward McIntyre CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS By written ballot (attached to the minutes of record), the Council appointed Susan Stokes to the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals. Thereafter, the name of Susan Stokes was entered into Resolution 2007-99. WATERWAYS BOARD By written ballot (attached to the minutes of record), the Council appointed Bruce Crawford, and reappointed incumbent member Charles Isiminger, to the Waterways Board. Thereafter, the names of those appointed were entered into Resolution 2007-99. ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT By written ballot (attached to the minutes of record), the Council appointed Keith Davis to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Thereafter, the name of Keith Davis was entered into Resolution 2007-99. • • • MINUTES OF VILLAGE COUNCIL SPECIAL SESSION HELD NOVEMBER 1, 2007 RESOLUTION 2007-99 ADOPTED — APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VILLAGE BOARDS Councilman Aubrey moved that Resolution 2007-99 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS, WATERWAYS BOARD, AND ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE be adopted. Vice Mayor Manuel seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
