AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987 - 88 BY APPROPRIATION TRANSFER FROM THE
COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FOR THE THEATER LIGHTING CONTROLS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 15 - 87 , the budget ordinance
of the Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended as
follows:
North Palm Beach General Fund
TRANSFER FROM:
Council Contingency
Account No. 10-519-061-49911 $3,338.00
INCREASE REVENUE:
Due from Village Players
Account No. 10-369-000-00960 $3,338.00
TRANSFER TO:
Capital - Lighting Controls
Account No. 10-572-043-66000 $6,676.00
Section 2. The Village Players will pay to the Village
of North Palm Beach $3,338.00 (50% of the appropriated amount)
within 10 days after the award of the contract.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
