' AN ORDINANCE OF 1HE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIIYi, AMENDING
SECTION 2-16 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH OODE TO REFLECT 1HE VILLAGE
COUNCIL MEMBERS' SALARY OF $300 PER MONTH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORM PALM BEACH, FIARIDA:
Section 1. Section 2-16 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code is
hereby amended to reflect the fact that the salary of all members of the Village
Council is fixed at $300 per month, rather than $200 per month; provided,
haaever, that this ordinance shall not take effect until the date of
conmencement of the terms of the council members elected at the next regular
election, provided that such election follows the adoption of this ordinance by
' at least one (1) month.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect imnadiately upon
passage.
