ROLL CALL
Mayor Vastola called the meeting to order at 8:51 p.m. All members
of Council were present except President Pro Tem Marks, who was out
of town.
RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE POLICE AND FIRE PENSION BOARD
Discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution appointing a
Village resident to the Police and Fire Pension Board. A
resolution reappointing Paul Moore to this position will be placed
on the Regular Session agenda of June 23, 1994.
RESOLUTION CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
CODE
Discussion took place concerning a draft resolution from the City
of Atlantis opposing a proposed amendment to the Unified Land
Development Code by Palm Beach County, providing for a public
utilities fee as an increased source of funding for the County's
Department of Environmental Resources Management Wellfield
Protection Regulatory Program. This item will return to workshop,
pending further study from staff.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
