MINUTES OF SPECIAL WORKSHOP SESSION
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 1997

Melissa Teal, Deputy Clerk
Mayor Vastola called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. All members of Council were
present. Village Manager Dennis Kelly was present, and Deputy Clerk Melissa Teal was
present.
VILLAGE CLERK EVALUATION
Discussion was held concerning the completed evaluations of the Village Clerk, with the
Council determining a 3% merit raise for the Clerk.
VILLAGE MANAGER EVALUATION
Discussion was held by the Council and the Village Manager concerning the completed
evaluations of the Village Manager, with the Council determining a 3% merit raise for the
Manager.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
