It has long been the intention of the present owners to improve the facilities in the North Palm Beach Country Club to the extent that it would eventually be the center of social and recreational activity in the Village. In this regard much improvement has been made in the past few years on the course itself, in reshaping and redesigning the holes, planting permanent grass, installing a complete sprinkling system, and general improvement of the parking area, approach facilities, etc. The second phase of this program, to begin during the year 1960 and continuing through the next few years, will include renovation, new additions, and over -ail improvement of the clubhouse facilities. When this program has been completed, the North Palm Beach Country Club will be an outstanding asset to the community. • • w Minutes November 10, 1959 Page #3 In order to answer any questions about the availability of the club to Village residents because of some change in the future plans of the present owners, and to secure for the Village residents the use of the golf course and clubhouse, the present owners are willing to make a proposal as follows: That should the present owners desire to sell the Country Club, they will first give the Village an option to purchase the property on the following terms and conditions. 1.
