Ross, Mayor Jay H. White, Vice -Mayor Charles C. Cunningham, Councilman Herbert A. Ross, Councilman Jack Schwencke, Councilman Albin R. Olson, Village Manager and Clerk Absent: C. Robert Burns, Village Attorney Mayor Ross called the meeting to order and requested the Clerk call the roll. Mayor Ross requested the Clerk read the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council held January 13, 1959. 0n motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Councilman. Ross, all members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read. Mr. Lee Shepard, Jr., Certified Public Accountant, West Palm Beach, commissioned to conduct an audit of the village accounts during the fiscal year 1957-1958 submitted his report to the council. The report was read aloud and discussed. Councilman Schwencke commended Mr. Shepard for an excellent report and expressed the appreciation of the council. On motion of Councilman White, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members voting aye, the following report of the Village Treasurer was approved. The Statistical Data Report for the month of January was read by the Village Manager. There being no further business to come before the Council, on motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Cunningham, all members voting aye, the meeting was adjourned to meet at 8:00 p.m. March 10, 1959.
