Ross, Mayor Jay H. White, Vice -Mayor Charles A. Cunningham, Councilman Herbert A. Ross, Councilman John A. Schwencke, Councilman Albin R. Olson, Village Manager and Clerk Absent: C. Robert Burns, Village Attorney Mayor Ross called the meeting to order and requested the Clerk call the roll. Mayor Ross requested the Clerk read the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council held December 23, 1958. On motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read. On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Vice -Mayor White, all members voting aye, the following report of the Village Treasurer was approved: TREASURER'S REPORT January 12, 1959 CASH ON HAND, December 23, 1958 ADD: Permits 2,344.05 Taxes 1,688.91 Individual License 1.50 Cigarette Tax, Village Share DEDUCT: Disbursements December 23, 1958 - January 12, 1959 BALANCE: January 12, 1959 General Cigarette Fund Tax Fund $ 3,982.31 $ 2,072.16 4,037.46 5,019.77 2,561.20 $ 5,458.57 1,538.50 3,610.66 $ 3,610.66 0n motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members voting aye, proposed Ordinance #43 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF WHN. On motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members voting aye, proposed Ordinance 442 was approved as read. On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Schwencke, all members voting aye, the list of accounts payable was approved for payment. There being no further business to cane before the Council, on motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Schwencke, all members voting aye, the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m. to meet at 8:00 p.m. February 10, 1959..
