Olson, Village Manager and Clerk Absent: Charles A. Cunningham, Councilman Mayor Ross called the meeting to order and requested the Clerk ',a11 the roll. Mayor Ross requested the Clerk read the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council held November 11, 1958. 0n motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Schwencke, all members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read. Mayor Ross requested the Clerk read the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council held November 20, 1958. On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Schwencke, all members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read. - - On motion of Vice -Mayor White, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members voting aye, the following report of the Village Treasurer was approved. On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Schwencke, all members voting aye, proposed Ordinance #4-0 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORID&, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20, TEE SAME BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE, BY REMOVING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM ZONING CLASSIFICATION "R-1," SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT, AND RECLASSIFYING SAID PROPERTY AS "R-3," APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT: BY DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO APPROPRIAa''r:LY REFLECT SUCH RECLASSIFICATION UPON THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. was placed on first resting and read in full. On motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Vice -Mayor White, all members voting aye, the list of accounts payable was approved for payment.
