Ross, Mayor Jay H. White, Vice -Mayor Charles Cunninghen, Councilman Herbert A. Ross, Councilman John A. Schwencke, Councilman C. Robert Burns, Village Attorney Albin R. Olson, Village Manager and Clerk Mayor Ross called the meeting to order and requested the Clerk car, the roll. Di9.yor Ibss requested the Clerk read the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council hell October 14, 1958. On motion of Councilman Schwencke, secnneed by Councilman Ross, all members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read. On motion of Councilman Loss, seconded by Councilman White, all members voting aye, the following report of the Village Treasurer was approved; TREASURER'S REPORT October 28, 1958 CASH ON HAND, october 14, 1958 ADD: Permits 742.85 Occupational License 262.50 Dog License Individual License 3.00 Transfer from Cigarette Tax Fund 1650.00 2658.35 $ 8204.49 $ 5542.14 DEDUCT: Disbursements October 14 - October 28, 1958 4554.71 BALANCE, October 28, 1958 $ 3645.78 On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Vice -Mayor White, all members voting aye, proposed Resolution #50 entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH SI' flG AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF TAXES RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE TAX ASSESSMENT ROLL FIR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1958 AS PREPARED BY THE VILLAGE TAX ASSESSOR. was adopted. Mayor Boss requested the Village Clerk read proposed Resolution #51 entitled: A RESOLUTION OF ''x& VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ''fu, VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYINGAND APPROVING A BUDGET FOR TEE FISCAL YEAR 1958 - 1959; FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED BY AD VALOREM TAXES FOR THE YEAR; FIXING THE AD VALOREM TAX LEVY FOR PAW CALENDAR YEAR 1958.
