MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH
HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL COUNCIL CHAMBER
DECEMBER 30, 1957, AT 3:00 P. M.
Richard E. Ross, Mayor
Jay H. White, Vice -Mayor
Herbert R. Ross, Councilman
John A. Schwencke, Councilman
C. Robert Burns, Village Attorney
Albin R. Olson, Village Manager
Robert C. Tufford, Village Clerk
At the call of Mayor Richard E. Ross a special meeting of the Village
Council was held on December 30, 1957, at 3:00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall
Council Chamber for the purpose of:
1. Considering a resolution of the Village Council authorizing
the acceptance of a deed and for other purposes.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ross.
On motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by ViceMayor White, all
members voting aye, a proposed resolution entitled
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES
was read in full by the Village Clerk. Thereafter there was a full discussion of
the provisions of said proposed resolution.

On motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members
voting aye, the proposed resolution was adopted as read. "
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting
was adjourned at 3:45 p.m. on motion of Vice -Mayor White, seconded by Councilman
Schwencke, all members voting aye.
