AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE bF. NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMEND-
ING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 19-84, the Budget Ordinance of the
Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended by appropriating prior year's
unappropriated surplus as follows:
General Fund
Increase Revenue
Appropriated Fund Balance Community Center
Account No. 10-389-000-00110
Increase Appropriations
Transfer to Capital Improvement Construction
Fund Community Center
Account No. 10-581-052-49134
Capital Improvements Construction Fund
Increase Revenues
Transfer from General Fund
Account No. 31-383-000-00210
Increase Appropriations
Short Term Loan for Community Center
Account No. 31-581-888-66214

Section 2. Said $20,000.00 is to be repaid to the General Fund
when the Court Award is received from Cox & Palmer Construction Company.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
