AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 47-15 OF THE ZONING CODE TO PROVIDE
FOR THE REZONING OF PROPERTY AT 1831 McLAREN ROAD FROM R-1
ZONING DISTRICT TO C-1 ZONING DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Village Council, as the governing body of
the Village of North .Palm Beach, pursuant to the authority
vested in it by law, is authorized and empowered to consider
petitions relating to zoning; and
WHEREAS, the notice and hearing requirements as
provided for in the Zoning Code of the Village of North Palm
Beach have been satisfied;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 45-17 of the Zoning Code is
hereby amended to rezone the property at 1831 McLaren Road,
which property is more particularly described below, from R-1
Zoning District to C-1 Zoning District. Said property is more
particularly described as:
4-42T-43-R Gov. Lot 8 sub P.B. 18 Page
4 south 172.53 ft. of west 100 ft. of
Lot 4 4-42T-43-R Gov. Lot 8 sub PB 18
Page 4 south 112.41 ft. of west 50 ft.
of easterly 390 ft. of Lot 4.
Section 2. That the rezoning of the property
described in Section 1 above be designated on the official
Zoning Map by hatching, or other appropriate measures as set
forth in Section 45-17 of the Zoning Code.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
