AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIN BEACH, FLORIDA ADOPTING AN
AMEMMENT TO THE CCMPRIIHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOCAL GOVERMENT W1PREHENSIVE
PLANNING ACT OF 1975 (CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the Local Cove tLan' t Comprehensive Planning
Act of 1975, the Village Council hereby adopts an amendment to the Compre-
hensive Plan for the Village of North Palm Beach, a copy of which is
attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit A and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause the official
Land Use Plan map of the Village to be amended by entering the change set
forth above on the official Lend Use Plan map through.crosshatching or other
appropriate means,'including redraft by an engineer, if necessary. The
Mayor and Village Clerk are further directed to sign an entry on the official
Land Use Plan map as follows: "On the 23rd day of February ,1984
by official action of the Village Council, the following changes were made in
the official Land Use Plan map: Changes per Ordinance 4-84
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.

PLACED ON PUBLIC CLEARING THIS 9th MY OF FEBRUARY , 1984.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 23rd DAY OF
FEBRUARY , 1984.
