AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 15 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, THE HOUSING
CODE FOR THE VILLAGE, BY ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THERETO, THE STANDARD HOUSING
CODE, 1982 EDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Chapter 15 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 15-1. ADOPTED BY REFERENCE--- Under the authority of
Chapter 163.295, Florida Statutes, the Village of North Palm
Beach hereby adopts by reference thereto, the Standard
Housing Code, 1982 Edition, for the Village. There has been
for at least ten days last past and shall be during the time
that this code is in effect, three copies of such code kept
available for public use, inspection and examination:"
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effectimmediately upon
passage.
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 28th DAY OF July , 1983.
PLACED ON PUBLIC HEARING THIS 25th DAY OF Auaust , 1983.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS " 25th DAY OF
August , 1983.
