Eissey, Vice Mayor Donald G. Noel, President Pro Tem Charles R. O'Meilia, Councilman Joseph A. Tringali, Councilman Dennis W. Kelly, Village Manager Kathleen F. Kelly, CMC, Village Clerk The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. All members of the Council were present. Village Manager Dennis Kelly and Village Clerk Kathleen Kelly were present. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and revise the Council's Goals and Objectives. Using the Village Manager's matrix dated 3/2/00, the following revisions were made: GOAL #1: Delete item B. Delete second bullet under Item D. Combine bullets under E. to read: Update plan for Anchorage Park and continue to improve all parks Add Item F.: Improve Code compliance and education Add Item G.: Promote strict law enforcement Add Item H.: Enhance image of the Village Add bullet: participate in regional sporting events GOAL #2: Item A. is to remain. Item C. — delete "Wiren report" Item D. — delete "Mgt. Improve and maintain Village waterways as unique Village asset B. • Provide traffic/speed control in neighborhoods • Formulate traffic speed control program for all Village residential streets • Improve traffic and speed control throughout the Village C. Provide permanent fully staffed Public Safety station north of the Intracoastal Waterway D. Update plan for Anchorage Park and continue to improve all parks E. Improve Code compliance and education F. Promote strict law enforcement G.
