AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-83.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 18-82, the Budget Ordinance of
the Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended by appropriating
prior year's Federal Revenue Sharing surplus as follows:
Revenue - Federal Revenue Sharing
Federal Revenue Sharing Proceeds

Appropriations - Federal Revenue Sharing
Public Safety - Energency Medical Service
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitator

Section 2. Ordinance No. 18-82, the Budget Ordinance of the
Village of North Palm Beach, is further amended to provide for the
transfer of prior year's Country Club surplus to the Reserve Operation
Fund and to be appropriated as follows:

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
