AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOCAL
GOVERNMENT COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING ACT OF 1975 (CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA
STATUTES).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the Local Government Comprehen-
sive Planning Act of 1975, the Village Council hereby adopts an
amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for the Village of Nooth Palm
Beach, a copy of which is attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit A
and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause
the official Land Use Plan map of the Village to be amended by
entering the change set forth above on the official Lane Use Plan
map through crosshatching or other appropriate means, including
redraft by an engineer, if necessary.
