O'Neill, Chief of Police in our official capacities and representing the Village of North Palm Beach, take possession of this steel artifact from the World Trade Center. The artifact is being offered on behalf of John Pedalino, Director of the 9- i i Foundation by Division Chief Raymond Altman of Boynton Beach Fire Rescue. We understand that the artifact is considered sacred to our nation's history and as such affirm that we have neither paid for nor will we sell any part of this priceless relic.
