AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10-81, THE BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR
1981-82.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That for the fiscal year ending September 30,
1982, proceeds in the Law Enforcement Trust Fund are hereby set
forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto entitled "Village of North
Palm Beach Law Enforcement Trust Fund", 1981-1982, and by reference
made a part hereof.
Section 2. That for the fiscal year ending September 30,
1982, the appropriations for the Village of North Palm Beach Law
Enforcement Trust Fund are hereby set forth on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto as "Village of North Palm Beach Law Enforcement
Trust Fund", 1981-82, and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 28th DAY OF JANUARY , 1982.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS llth DAY OF
FEBRUARY , 1982.
