ORDINANCE NO. 3-82
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 45-35 OF THE VILLAGE CODE BY PERMITTING USES IN THE
P-PUBLIC DISTRICT TO BE EXTENDED TO GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES OTHER THAN
THE VILLAGE GOVERNMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 45-35 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 45-35.
Within any P-Public District, uses shall be restricted to
those necessary or essential to the administration and operation of
the Village or any other governmental agency, including, but not
limited to, City Village Hall, recreation facilities, waterworks,
pumping stations and sewage facilities. (Words underlined are added
to the Code. The word stricken through is deleted from the Code.)
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
