Village Council met in Workshop Session on Thursday, July 18, 2002 at 7:00 PM to
review the Revenues, set the millage rate and conduct a wrap-up session of the budget for
FY 2002-2003. All members of the Council were present. Staff present were Village
Manager Dennis W. Kelly, Finance Director Shaukat Khan and Doug Smith Assistant
Village Manager.
The Council entered into budget Workshop discussions and made the following changes:
see attachment.
The Village Council concluded their Workshop by balancing the budget at 5.8 mils with
the General Fund Budget set at $13,472,996 and the Country Club Budget set at
$2,814,845. Being no further business to come before the Council they stood adjourned
at 8:40 PM; this concludes the Village Council budget Workshops. The Village Council
will address the budget during their Public Hearings the second and fourth Thursday of
September 2002.
