AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ASSESSING A $1.00 COURT COST AGAINST EVERY PERSON CONVICTED FOR
VIOLATION OF A NORTH PALM BEACH MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE, TO BE USED
FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT EDUCATION EXPENDITURES FOR THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 943.25(5), the Village of
North Palm Beach hereby assesses a Court cost of $1.00 against every
person convicted for a violation of a Village of North Palm Beach
municipal ordinance, to be assessed in addition to the $1.00 Court
cost assessed pursuant to Florida Statute 943.25(3). The additional
$1.00 assessment is for law enforcement education expenditures for
the law enforcement officers of the Village of North Palm Beach,
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 27th DAY OF AUGUST, 1981.
