CODE AMENDMENT -TEMPORARY STRUCTURES
Discussion took place concerning a proposed amendment to Section 45-36, General Provisions,
of Appendix C-Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances, to permit and establish conditions for the
erection of temporary structures on private property.
Discussion was held regarding these issues: permits issued by Public Services rather than Village
Manager; consistency with Section 45-36K and with the Northlake Boulevard Overlay Zoning
district regulations; time limits; limitation on number of structures; exceptions for dumpsters and
storage pods; impact on parking spaces required, if tents are located in parking lots; setbacks;
and restriction to commercial areas.

Discussion took place concerning the development of a business plan for the North Palm Beach
Country Club, in conjunction with a master plan for re-design of the golf course. Mr. Bates
