ORDINANCE NO. 32-80
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIR BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
CHAPTER 6 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIM BEACH CODE, THE SIGN CODE, BY
EXEMPTING FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE CODE PROHIBITING CHANGEABLE COPY PANELS
ALL CHANGEABLE COPY PANELS PERMI1TED AND IN EXISTENCE PRIOR TO MAY 22, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 6-119(b)(4) of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(b) The following signs are probhibited in all zoning districts:
4. Changeable copy panels. (Exception: Sign for public,
charitable, religious institutions and all changeable copy panels
permitted and in existence prior to May 22, 1980."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
