AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, THE GAS CODE FOR THE
VILLAGE, BY ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THERETO THE STANDARD GAS CODE, 1979 EDITION,
AND SETTING FORTH AMENDMENIS TO YAID STANDARD GAS CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAINT BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 13-1 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code
is hereby aietided to read as follows:
"Sec. 13-1. ADOPTED BY REFERENCE - Under the authority of
Section 163.29S, Florida Statutes, the Village of North Palm
Beach hereby adopts by reference thereto the Standard Gas
Code, 1979 Edition, including Appendix B, as the Gas Code for
the Village. There has been at least ten days last past and
shall be during the time that this code is in effect, three
copies of such code and recarmended amendments kept available
for public use, inspection and examination."
Section 2. Section 13-2 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 13-2. AMENDMENTS, CORRECTIONS AND ADDITIONS TO CODE.
The following amendments, corrections, and additions to the
Standard Gas Code, 1979 Edition, are hereby made and adopted;
said amendments, corrections and additions being set forth
herein with reference to and prefaced by the section number
and title of said diuiidments, as follows:
Section 107. BOND AND LICENSE. Delete.
Section 108. GAS INSPECTOR AND ASSISTANTS. Delete.
Section 113.4. SCHEDULE OF PERMIT }ELS.
Minimum fee shall be $10.00.
For each and every Gas, Air, Oil, oxygen, etc., outlet, $3.00.
For each Conversion Burner, Incinerator, Boiler, Wall Furnace,
Water Heater, fees shall be $10.00 for first unit and $5.00 for each
additional units.
For each underground storage tank up to 4,000 gallons, $5.00 per tank.
For each underground storage tank 4,000 gallons or greater, $5.00
plus $1.00/1,000 gallons.
For each lift, $5.00.
Section 114. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES. Delete
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect iranediately upon passage.
