ORDINANCE NO. 1-80
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1979-80 BY INCREASING THE ESTIMATED
REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS OF THE GENERAL FUND
BY $878.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 21-79, the budget ordinance
of the Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended as follows:
Increase Estimated Revenue:
Account No. 389.100 $878.00
Section 2. The following appropriations be obligated:
Appropriation Account No. 301-534-34.80
E.D.P. Programming $878.00
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 24TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1980.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 14TH DAY OF
FEBRUARY, 1980.
