AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1978-79 BY APPROPRIATION
TRAN SFERS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 23-78, the budget ordinance of the
Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended as follows:
Increase Appropriated Fund Balance:
Account No. 389-100 $2,600.00
Section 2. Ordinance No. 23-78 is further amended by transferring
the following funds:
Decrease Fund Balance:
Account No. 271.000 $2,600.00
Increase Computer Services
Account No. 301-534-34.80 $2,600.00
Section 3. Ordinance No. 23-78, the budget ordinance of the
Village of North Palm Beach, is further amended as follows:
Increase Appropriated Fund Balance:
Account No. 389-100 $6,000.00
Section 4. Ordinance No. 23-78 is further amended by
transferring the following funds:
Decrease Fund Balance:
Account No. 271.000 $6,000.00
Increase Building and Improvements
Account No. 701-581-63.51 $6,000.00
Section 5. Ordinance No. 23-78, the budget ordinance of the
Village of North Palm Beach, is further amended as follows:
Increase Appropriated Fund Balance:
Account No. 389-100 $1,667.00
Section 6. Ordinance No. 23-78 is further amended by
transferring the following funds:
Decrease Fund Balance:
Account No. 271.000 $1,667.00
Increase Handball Courts - Osborne Park
Account No. 701-581-63.74 $1,667.00
Section 7. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
