ORDINANCE NO. 10-79
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1978-79
BY INCREASING THE ESTIMATED REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS OF THE GENERAL
FUND BY $16,165.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 23-78, the budget ordinance of
the Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. The Capital Improvement Program funds are
obligated for the following appropriations:

Total $16,165.00

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
