AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1978-79
BY INCREASING THE ESTIMATED REVENUE AND APPROPRIATION OF THE GENERAL
FUND BY $34,518.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 23-78, the budget ordinance of
the Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended as follows:
Increase Estimated Revenue:
Account No. 380.100 $34,518.00
Section 2. The Capital Improvement Program funds are
obligated for the following appropriation:
Appropriation Account:
No. 71-581-63.75 - Modular
Buildings - Anchorage Park $34,518.00
Section 3. An emergency exists necessitating the passage
of this Ordinance on one reading in that the funds are to be used
for a Summer Program beginning before another meeting can be held
to permit construction.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
