AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6-77 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
WHICH ORDINANCE ADOPTED THE APPEARANCE CODE AND THE ZONING CODE OF
THE, VILLAGE AS PART OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY REMOVING THE
APPEARANCE CODE AND ZONING CODE FROM THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE.
VILLAGE.
FLORIDA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village
of North Palm Beach is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 5. Section 6-23 through 6-27,
both inclusive, and Sections 6-29 through 6-32,
both inclusive, of the Village of North Palm
Beach Code are hereby repealed. All references
to Appearance Board contained in Chapter 6 of
the Village of North Palm Beach Code shall
henceforth pertain to and be intended to mean
the Planning Commission, as created by this
Ordinance."
Section 2. Section 6 of Ordinance No. 6-77 of the
Village of North Palm Beach is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 6. Section 45-40 through 45-48,
both inclusive, of the Village of North Palm
Beach Code are hereby repealed."
Section 3. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 6-77
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
