AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY CONTIGUOUS TO THE BOUNDARIES
01' SAID MUNICIPALITY TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
WHEREAS, ROYAL AMERICAN INDUSTRIES, INC. has petitioned
the Village of North Palm Beach to annex certain property owned
by it to the Village of North Palm Beach; and
WIIEREAS, said property is contiguous to the territorial
boundaries of said municipality; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the
annexation of said property would be advantageous to the
municipality;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The property described on Exhibit 1 attached
to this Ordinance be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the
Village of North Palm Beach and said property shall be and
become a part of the municipality of the Village of North Palm
Beach with the same force and effect as though said land had
been originally incorporated in the territorial boundaries of
the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 2. In accordance with Chapter 45 of the Village
of North Palm Beach Code, said property is hereby placed in the
R-1 Single Family Dwelling District.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 14TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1978.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 25TH DAY OF JANUARY,
1979.
