ORDINANCE NO. 18-78
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1977-78
BY INCREASING THE ESTIMATED REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS OF THE GENERAL
FI1NI) BY $5,000.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 18-77, the budget ordinance of
the Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended as follows:
Increase Estimated Revenue:
Account No. 337.31 (Palm Beach
County Grant - Marina Dredging) $5,000.00
Section 2. The Palm Beach County Grant Funds are obligated
for the following appropriation:
Appropriation Account:
No. 71-429.11 - Marina
Dredging $5,000.00
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 22ND DAY OF JUNE, 1978.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 13TH DAY OF JULY,
1978.
