AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 45 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY RE-
ZONING LOTS 11, 12, 13 AND 14, BLOCK 37, VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
PLAT NO. 3, FRON ZONING DISTRICT C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL, TO
ZONING DISTRICT R-3, APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 37, VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH Plat No. 3, be and the same are hereby removed from
Zoning District C-1 and placed in Zoning District R-3.
Section 2. The "Official Zoning Map" of the Village of
North Palm Beach as adopted by Section 45-17 of the Village of North
Palm Beach Code shall be amended in accordance with this Ordinance
and with said Section, and the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to reflect the changes upon the "Official
Zoning Map" by hatching or other appropriate means so as to reflect
the original zoning map and the change thereto occasioned by this
Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 13TH DAY OF APRIL, 1978.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 27TH DAY OF APRIL, 1978.
