AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1977-78
BY INCREASING THE ESTIMATED REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS OF THE
GENERAL FUND BY $5,572.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 18-77, the budget ordinance of
the Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended as follows:
Increase Estimated Revenue:
Account No. 332.20 (Local Public Works
Employment Act Anti -recessionary Title
II Funding)
Decrease Estimated Revenue:
Account No. 311.10 Ad Valorem Taxes
Current -Real Property
Net Increase
$5,572.00

Section 2. The Anti -recession Fiscal Assistance Funds
are obligated for the following appropriation:
Appropriation Account:
Number 22-120.00 - Facility Maintenance -
Regular Pay $5,572.00
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
