AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1976-77 BY
INCREASING THE ESTIMATED REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS OF THE GENERAL
FUND BY $22,780.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 19-76, the budget ordinance of the
Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended as follows:
Increase Estimated Revenue:
Account No. 332.20 (Local Public Works
Employment Act Anti -recessionary Title
II Funding)
$22,860.00
Decrease Estimate Revenue:
Account No. 332.20 (Local Public Works
Employment Act Anti -recessionary Title
II Funding) 80.00
Net Increase $22,780.00
Section 2. Ordinance No. 19-76, the budget ordinance of
the Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended as follows:
Increase Appropriation:
Account No. 71-429.10 (CIP Lighthouse
Bridge Bulkhead Restoration) $22,860.00
Decrease Appropriation:
Account No. 32.404.00 (Buildings and
Improvements) 80.00
Net Increase $22,780.00
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 23 DAY OF JUNE 1977.
PLACED ON SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSED THIS 14 DAY OF
JULY 1977.
